Invest in the Future!
RMF is a 501c(3) non-profit organization that survives on the tax-deductible donations of people like you. Thank you in advance for your support!
"23rd Annual Banquet Photo Gallery" Special thanks to our corporate sponsors, volunteers and former RMF students who made our June 2007 fundraiser such a success!
As a Reggie McKenzie Foundation volunteer, you will be working with school-aged students in Highland Park, Detroit, and Hamtramck. Your assigned students will learn self-esteem, self-confidence, and character through activity-based learning and academic tutoring. You will work with class sizes of 10 students or less providing instruction, encouraging interactive discussion, and creating a stimulating environment for the exploration of higher order thinking.
As a volunteer, we believe you will strengthen your own skills as a facilitator. You will become proficient in problem-solving and critical thinking, building synergistic teams, while enhancing your own communication skills and creativity.
